Registered Apprenticeship is an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce, and individuals can obtain paid, on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and a portable, nationally recognized credential. It is a tried-and-true approach utilized by forward-thinking employers and industry leaders as they pivot and adapt to meet 21st century challenges. We at Equus will work with you to help achieve your needs at every step along the way — even the paperwork.

"We were very fortunate to be connected to Equus Workforce Solutions by our local WIOA partners. After we were awarded the incentive funds for an apprenticeship program, we were able to put the foundation in place to formalize and expand our STEP (STEM Training Engagement Program) training and internship program into a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) with the US Department of Labor."
"The Equus team discussed the benefits of becoming a sponsor for Registered Apprenticeship and assured the Kindred team that we take pride in our role in facilitating the process with our partners and stakeholders. The team assisted Kindred with their application—utilizing team resources to conduct research, assist with curriculum development, connect Kindred with other partners and guide them through the process"
"Equus allowed us to keep all of these pathways open by providing services and financial support that removed roadblocks. We are so thankful to Equus for helping our students, community health centers and Gaston College with needed funding to keep these programs alive which ultimately changes lives and improves our community, one patient at a time.”
"Access to capital and other local resources has been a challenge due to the pandemic and other restrictions. The incentive funds from Equus helped WRTP to pay for laptops or Chromebooks that provided digital access to tutoring services and apprentice navigators for over 30 apprentices. WRTP was also able to pay tuition other allowable expenses."
"Since Medcerts and Equus both have a national footprint, we believe the future opportunities to work together with employers to provide well-skilled, reliable and enthusiastic job candidates will only grow. We make the process so much easier for employers because we handle the standards development process and work with Equus to get the program approved by the US Department of Labor.”
