How much does it cost?
Finding and retaining qualified employees is a significant expense employers face. The Registered Apprenticeship model delivers retention rates between 91% – 94% making it a workforce cost that realizes a return on investment.
Dollar for dollar, no workforce training method packs as much punch as apprenticeship. On average, employers realize an average return on investment of $1.47 for every $1 invested. Additionally, every $1 invested in apprenticeships leads to a public return of approximately $28 in benefits.
We work with you to identify resources to offset training costs. For example, a potential employer incentive exists for employers interested in developing brand new Registered Apprenticeships or expanding an existing program with Equus Workforce Solutions.
Apprentices are employees just like your current talent. Through incremental wage progression, apprentices start earning a wage day 1 on the job. As the apprentice gains knowledge and skills, their wage increases until program completion. Once the apprentice is fully trained to your specifications, the apprentice begins earning the same wage rate as your seasoned—or skilled—employee.
